The people were just amazing, my son got really sick in the middle of the night and they quickly arranged transport to the hospital. They helped get his prescription medication and checked in regularly… Mr Thulani was exceptional, when we arrived back from the hospital in the a.m he had cleaned up and made the apartment comfortable…. Would definitely stay here again… They were great !

The conceirge service provided by Billy Chetty and his team is excellent. He helped to resolve issue re rebooking of hot balloons and connected us to relaiable driver and tour guide for local tour.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very easy to get to the Mall especially when one is with the kids

Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms - we stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was so lovely. Location brilliant lift directly into the mall and easy access to Mandela Square which is amazing.
